					I had a positive experience with Ryan at East Fork Home Inspections, and I'd gladly use his services again.

What I really liked - he was thorough and generated a professional, descriptive report including photo archives.  As well he didn't mind me shadowing him throughout the inspection, allowing me to have my questions patiently answered as they came up.

A few small constructive criticisms - his inspection didn't include irrigation systems, low voltage, or outdoor shades.  Despite this, I'd still call him again.
